Shipping Policy

At Fler World, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping for all our customers. Please review our full policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Domestic Shipping Only

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

  • Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10.00 applies to all orders under $60.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Subscriptions: Shipping costs are always included in your subscription shipments at no additional charge.

Processing Time & Order Cut-off

We ship from our fulfillment center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days (Monday–Friday) generally ship the same day.

  • Standard Processing: Orders received after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

  • Holiday & Peak Season: Please note that during high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), processing times may extend due to increased order volume.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely. Once shipped, your transit time depends on your distance from our Pennsylvania facility:

  • Northeast/East Coast: 1–3 business days.

  • Midwest/South: 3–4 business days.

  • West Coast/Non-Contiguous US: 5–6 business days.

  • Holiday Transit: Carrier delays are common during peak seasons and inclement weather. We recommend placing holiday orders early to account for potential transit extensions.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or around your delivery area.

  2. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) directly to verify the delivery GPS location.

  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in locating your order.
